Celtic captain Scott Brown warns squad to stay grounded

Celtic captain Scott Brown admits it would be "lovely" to win the league against their rivals Rangers, but has told his team-mates to avoid getting caught up in the occasion.
A third successive Old Firm victory on Sunday would see Celtic secure the Scottish Premiership title for a seventh consecutive season and extend their unbeaten run in the Old Firm to 11 matches.
"It'd be lovely to do it at Celtic Park in front of our own fans. It means the world to them to see us getting a trophy, winning leagues and winning more titles, but the main thing is we need to make sure we do the business on the day," Brown said.
"We believe we can win every game. We've got top-quality players, whether it's on the bench or the ones that are starting. We go into games and we believe, we've got confidence, we've got a top-quality manager that's behind us as well.
"You always want to win against Rangers, you always want to prove a point, especially in the city as well, but we need to make sure we turn up, because anything can happen on the day."
Victory at Celtic Park would also keep the home side on track for a historic 'double-treble', with Brendan Rodgers' side needing to beat Motherwell in the final of the Scottish Cup to complete the feat for the first time.
"That'd be incredible but we can't get too carried away with ourselves," Brown said.
"We've got a huge game coming up on Sunday, we need to make sure that we win that first."
Brown's cautious view is shared by his Celtic team-mate, Kieran Tierney, who insists the Celtic squad are not getting ahead of themselves.
"It'd be so important, it's never been done and that's because it's so hard," Tierney said.
"We know it's a long way away, it's very hard. We've got a few hard games as well. Motherwell are no pushovers, they're a great team, we've had a few draws with them this season as well so it's another challenge and another challenge we'll be relishing."
