Rangers striker Dado Prso says he will make a decision on his playing career soon.
Rangers striker Dado Prso says he will make a decision on his playing career in the near future. The former Monaco hit-man was given an upbeat assessment on a long-standing knee problem, with doctors claiming the 32-year-old can carry on playing for another season.
The former Croatia international's contract at Ibrox expires in the summer, but Prso insists he will not rush his decision about extending his Gers career.
"I will not make my decision at this moment," Prso told the Daily Record.
"Maybe in three or four weeks, but I do feel very good in Scotland and love Rangers.
"There is a good chance that I will play on. My leg is feeling okay - my problem at the moment is that I have flu."
Former club Hajduk Split are thought to be interested in taking Prso back to Croatian football, while a move to Qatar has also been mooted.
Prso's agent Ranko Stojic has urged the Old Firm club to open talks with his client, should they want him beyond the current campaign.
"His first choice is to stay at Rangers, but Dado won't be short of offers abroad, so he needs to know soon what Rangers' intentions are," said Stojic.
