Anthony Stokes has admitted he was stupid to publicly complain about being left out at Celtic, but still believes he has a future with the champions.

Stokes completed a loan move to his old club Hibernian this week and could start against St Mirren on Saturday, which would be his first game since August.

He fell out of favour under Ronny Deila at Celtic and tweeted his discontent after being left out of the matchday squad for a game against Inverness in November, something he now concedes was ill-advised.

He told the Sky Sports News HQ: "I've had my say and I 've made some stupid comments this year with my tweets but there's been a lot of frustration there but you can't worry about it.
