Italy international to see out his contract at the San Siro
Inter Milan midfielder Thiago Motta will reject Paris St Germain's overtures and will remain in Italy for the rest of the season.
The 29-year-old is reportedly a target for the Ligue 1 club who are keen to flex their new financial muscles in the January window.
A fee of 8million euros (£6.7m) has been circulated as the figure that would be enough to lure Motta away from the San Siro.
But his agent Dario Canovi insists there is no substance to the rumours and that it is all just speculation.
"There has been no contact with Paris St Germain.," Canovi told
www.tuttomercatoweb.it.
"He will remain at Inter even though his contract expires in 2013."
Motta joined Inter from Genoa in 2009 and has scored three goals in 10 league appearances for the Nerazzurri this season.
