Reds to net Diao in December
The 25-year-old, who has been likened to French midfield linchpin Patrick Vieira, has endured a mixed tournament in the Far East scoring a brilliant goal against Denmark but was sent-off in the same game and has not played since due to suspension.
"We welcomed him two seasons ago so it makes sense that he wants to leave to bloom again," said Urano.
"But we have found an agreement with the club (Liverpool) that will allow him to complete the transfer in the best conditions.
"We imagined several scenarios with them and Diao will stay with us for the next six months."
Confusion still surrounds the transfer of El Hadji Diouf to Liverpool from French side Lens, with media reports once again suggesting the deal is not set in stone and Juventus are keen on the man dubbed 'Serial Killer'.
The 21-year-old has himself confirmed that he would be heading for Anfield after the World Cup finals in a deal worth an estimated £11 million but sections of the media have claimed that The Reds could be gazumped if a rival club tables a more substantial offer.
A Lens spokesman confirmed to Planetfootball that Diouf "would leave for Liverpool after the World Cup" but refused to comment on any transfer fee.
Diouf has been a revelation for The Lions in the World Cup, despite not scoring a goal in the competition, with his speed and trickery causing untold problems for opposing defences.
