Argentine linked with Barca move
Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo has rubbished speculation linking Sergio Aguero with a move to Barcelona.
The Argentine forward has been sensational for Atletico since joining the club from Independiente in 2006.
Rumours have suggested that Aguero could be tempted to head to Camp Nou but Cerezo insists such talk is wide of the mark.
Cerezo maintains the 20-year-old is happy at Vicente Calderon as Atletico prepare to meet Barcelona in the Copa del Rey on Tuesday.
"Kun (Aguero) will not go to Barca. He is doing well with Atletico and this is where he wants to stay," Cerezo said in the Spanish press.
Barca start as favourites to win the cup tie but Cerezo does not believe there will be a repeat of the huge victory the Catalan giants recorded in the league before Christmas.
"We go into the game with no thoughts about avenging the 6-1 defeat that we suffered in Camp Nou. We just want to win," Cerezo continued.
"What happened in that league game was an accident because it is not normal to score three goals in eight minutes like they did then.
"In this cup tie there are no favourites and I expect that both games will provide both teams with plenty of chances."
