Malaga boss Manuel Pellegrini has admitted his preparations for the new season are being hampered by the uncertainty over the club's future.
Reports are suggesting that owner Sheikh Abdullah Bin Nasser Al-Thani has put the club up for sale and several senior players have reported their employers to the players' union for unpaid wages.
Osasuna have also complained to the Spanish FA that they are still owed money for the transfer of Nacho Monreal.
Bolstering
Malaga qualified for the UEFA Champions League in May after bolstering their squad with €50million worth of signings last summer, but the club have headed to Venezuela on a preseason tour with no further additions to their ranks.
Pelegrini tols Spanish newspaper
AS: "We are concentrating on the sporting side but when there is such a quantity of rumours it is going to have an effect.
"Moreover, we are currently abroad, but we are calm because we are working very well on the aspect we can control.
"We have tried to isolate ourselves from the topic, but the truth is there is no certainty in what is going to happen and it is not good to say anything until I know more.
"We return to Spain on Tuesday and we will see what we find."
