Andres Iniesta has returned to training with Barcelona ahead of Tuesday's clash with Real Madrid.
Barca ace could return for second leg clash
Spain World Cup winner Andres Iniesta has given Barcelona a timely boost by returning to training ahead of Tuesday's UEFA Champions League semi-final clash with Real Madrid.
Iniesta, 26, missed the 2-0 first leg win over Real and Saturday's 2-1 league defeat against Real Sociedad with a calf strain, but is now back running and training with his team mates.
"One day after the 2-1 defeat to Sociedad, the first team returned to work and the big news from the session was Andres Iniesta who began working with the group," read a statement on Barcelona's
official website.
Reports in Spain suggest Iniesta will start on the bench in a welcome boost for coach Pep Guardiola, who has a string of players absent.
Barcelona are without Gaby Milito, Maxwell, Eric Abidal, Adriano, Bojan Krkic and Martin Montoya for the clash with Madrid.
