Copa del Rey round-up: Atletico Madrid and Valencia progress

Atletico Madrid booked their spot in the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey with a 3-0 second-leg victory over Rayo Vallecano.
The sides had drawn the first leg 1-1 but the La Liga leaders ran out comfortable winners at home.
Angel Correa made the breakthrough five minutes before half-time and a late double from Antoine Griezmann completed the victory.

Valencia were virtually assured of their last-eight spot after putting four past Granada in the first leg but they kept their foot down in a 3-0 win that earned them a 7-0 aggregate victory.
A 42nd-minute goal from Wilfried Zahibo put the visitors ahead, Paco Alcacer doubled the lead in the 63rd minute and a Pablo Piatti penalty rounded off the scoring.
