Inter Milan edged out Livorno 1-0 at the Giuseppe Meazza to reach the quarter-finals of the Coppa Italia. Wesley Sneijder's second-half goal proved to be enough to give Jose Mourinho's men the victory. Dejan Stankovic and Sneijder struck the woodwork in the first half as Inter dominated proceedings. Inter did make the breakthrough on the hour mark when Sneijder scored from a free-kick from the edge of the box. Inter will now face the winners of the Juventus versus Napoli tie in the last eight.
