The 22-year-old midfielder, who is currently on the books of German outfit 1860 Munich, is the cousin of Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi.
He holds both Argentine and Italian passports and Cesena are interested in seeing what he has to offer.
Cesena will be looking to bolster their ranks before the transfer deadline as they fight to avoid relegation from Serie A.
