Siena drew 2-2 at home to Torino, while Atalanta overcame Portogruaro 4-1 in Bergamao to leave both sides 10 points clear of third-placed Novara with three games left.
It means an immediate return to Italy's top flight for Siena and Atalanta following their relegation last term.
The third promotion place will be decided by a four-team play-off.
Bari have already been relegated from Serie A and will be playing in Serie B next term.
