Napoli have confirmed a deal for Argentine defender Ignacio David Fideleff from Newell's Old Boys. The 22-year-old has moved to San Paolo for a fee of €2.8m and has agreed a long-term five-year contract with the Italian side. Napoli will be competing in the UEFA Champions League this season and have moved to bolster their ranks ahead of the new Serie A campaign. Fideleff arrived at Napoli on Tueday night and the transfer was confirmed by the league on Wednesday.
