Inter chief claims Maicon, Sneijder and Eto'o are going nowhere
Massimo Moratti insists Maicon, Wesley Sneijder and Samuel Eto'o will not be leaving Inter Milan this summer.
The sought-after trio have each been linked with a summer switch, with former Inter boss Jose Mourinho believed to be keen on taking right-back Maicon to Real Madrid.
Chelsea and Manchester United have apparently targeted Sneijder as they are both on the look-out for a world-class attacking midfielder, while striker Eto'o admitted last week that he is considering offers from a number of English clubs.
But with coach Leonardo set to leave, Inter president Moratti is reluctant to let any of his key players depart too and claims they have no intention of moving on.
"I have spoken to all three of them and all told me that they want to continue with us," he told La Gazzetta dello Sport
"We are in the transfer window and we are focused on everything and everyone, including which players to buy."
However, Moratti claims Genoa's attacking midfielder Stephan El Shaarawy was not one of those transfer targets.
The Italy Under-19 international, who spent last season on loan at Padova in Serie B, now looks destined to join Inter's derby rivals AC Milan.
"He is a great player but we are well covered in his role," Moratti added.
