MILAN MOVE FOR ATALANTA TRIO

MILAN have become the first club to move in on the rising stars of Atalanta, and are hoping to secure the services of three of their best players.

Adriano Galliani, vice president of Milan, has reportedly met with Atalanta president Ivan Ruggeri to thrash out a deal that would take Damiano Zenoni, Christian Zenoni and Christian Doni of the Atalanta to the Giuseppe Meazza.

It is believed the deal will be in the region of £12 million pounds and will see twins and Zenoni and Doni make their way along the A4 autostrada to Milan.

Damiano Zenoni won his first international cap recently in Italy's friendly against England and his brother Christian is hotly tipped to follow him into the Italian national squad before the season's end.

The move is sure to alert other Italian clubs including Juventus who were linked with Christian Zenoni throughout the summer, but failed to make a concrete bid. Roma have also been tracking Christian Zenoni and are sure to compete with Milan should the player become available, although AC appear to have made their move to fend of competiton from their rivals.

In addition to cash Atalanta will be given their choice of a number of Milan players to take on loan, although no transfers will take place until the end of the current season.
