Ferdinand signs new deal

Parma defender Ferdinand Coly has signed a new deal at the Ennio Tardini.

The former Birmingham misfit has inked a one-year extension to his contract.

Coly's previous deal was due to expire at the end of the season and the club were keen not to see him leave for nothing next summer.

The 32-year-old has established himself as a key member of the Parma side this season after struggling with a series of injuries last term.
