Bundesliga outfit Schalke have completed the signing of China international Junmin Hao from Tianjin Teda.
The 22-year-old midfielder, who has nearly 30 caps for his country, has signed a three-and-a-half year contract.
Hao watched Schalke's 2-0 win over Hoffenheim on Saturday and will train with his new team-mates on Monday.
"I had an eye on him when I was Wolfsburg manager, now I've decided to make a move for him," Magath told the club's
official website.
"I think he can be of help to our team. What I like most with Chinese players is their high work rate and their willingness to help the team."
