Guinea international Mamadou Bah has joined Bundesliga outfit Stuttgart on a three-year contract.
The midfielder moves to Germany from French third division side Strasbourg.
It is believed that a fee of around €600,000 (£492,000) has changed hands between the two clubs.
The 22-year-old had been at Strasbourg since 2007, making 61 appearances and scoring four goals.
However, after seeing them slip into the third tier last term, a decision has been taken to move on.

He will now be looking to make a positive impression at Stuttgart, who believe they have snapped up a potential star of the future.
"He is a young player, and very talented," said Fredi Bobic, Stuttgart's sports director.
"He will give us more choice in midfield. We are convinced of his ability."
According to Bobic, Bah had also been in talks with French Ligue 1 side Auxerre, who could offer him UEFA Champions League group action.
Reports had also suggested that the African ace was interesting Blackpool boss Ian Holloway, who is attempting to piece together a side capable of surviving in the Premier League.
