World Cup Golden Boot winner Thomas Muller is ready to commit his future to Bayern Munich for the next decade.
The versatile 20-year-old forward, who can operate as an attacking midfielder, as a second striker or on either wing, bagged five goals in six matches in South Africa this summer.
His displays as Germany reached the semi-finals before bowing out to eventual winners Spain drew admiring glances from around the world with Bayern determined to retain the services of one of their brightest talents.
Director of sport Christian Nerlinger revealed last week that the club were ready to present Muller with a new contract and the youngster admits he would have no problem staying at the Allianz Arena for an unprecedented long-term spell.
"The most important thing for me is continuing my career and making the most of my chances at Bayern Munich," Muller told

"If I am getting better, Bayern will also be getting better. That is why I do not spend my time thinking about a transfer.
"I would be glad if I could remain a player of Bayern Munich for the next 10 years overall. If someone would come up with this, I am going to sign that paper.
"Everyone is glad when their boss wants to hand out a raise in wages. I am, too.
"What I like most about this is that my debut season in the professional game is going up in the club's estimation. This is an honour for me."
Muller's current contract is due to expire in June 2013 and he helped Louis van Gaal's side to a domestic double last term with 13 goals, while they also reached the UEFA Champions League final, only to lose out to Inter Milan.
