Dutt has Leverkusen backing

Bayer Leverkusen manager Robin Dutt continues to have the full backing of the club's hierarchy.

Voller insists club's hierarchy still has faith despite disappointing March

Bayer Leverkusen manager Robin Dutt continues to have the full backing of the club's hierarchy. Back-to-back Bundesliga defeats to Wolfsburg and Borussia Monchengladbach have left last season's runners-up in fifth place in the table and 11 points off the UEFA Champions League places. March has also seen Leverkusen dumped out of Europe by a Lionel Messi-inspired Barcelona in a humiliating 10-2 aggregate defeat. And Dutt, whose contract expires in July 2013, has come under pressure as a consequence, but Leverkusen's general manager, Rudi Voller, insists the club still has trust in their boss. Voller told dapd: "Robin Dutt is definitely the manager we have full faith in. He is the manager of our squad. "We have been trying to push for a Champions League place lately, but we should not lose our main focus. "Now we have to make sure we defend our current situation, so we can play in the Europa League next season. This is what we have to achieve at first. "We are actually on a rollercoaster. We lost those recent three matches, of course, but before then we won three matches in a row."
