Marco Reus is set to make his return from injury in Borussia Dortmund's Bundesliga clash at Hamburg on Friday.

The 26-year-old has been out of action since picking up an adductor injury in Dortmund's Europa League clash with Qabala, with the playmaker forced to sit out the Revierderby win over Schalke and Germany's friendly with France.

However, Dortmund coach Thomas Tuchel has confirmed he is fit and raring to return this weekend.

"He's been excellent in training and is absolutely an option to start," Tuchel said. "It's been a delight to see him back on the training field."

In addition to a probable return for Reus, Shinji Kagawa is expected to keep his place in the starting XI despite only just returning from international duty with Japan.

"Shinji can cope with that," Tuchel added. "I'm planning with him from the beginning."
