German joins Kayserispor on two-year contract

German midfielder Selim Teber has joined Turkish club Kayserispor on a two-year deal from Eintracht Frankfurt. The 29-year-old, who had one year remaining on his deal with the Bundesliga outfit, makes the move for a transfer fee of £100,000. "Selim has signed for two years with Kayserispor, he will be leaving Frankfurt," Teber's agent Roger Wittmann told Hessischer Rundfunk. "It's all done." Teber, who joined Frankfurt from Hoffenheim in 2009, is delighted to make the move to the Turkish club.

Lucrative

"The club has been very keen on me and the offer received is financially very lucrative," Teber told kicker-Sportmagazin. "I am also given one more year of contract than I had at Eintracht Frankfurt." Frankfurt executive Heribert Bruchhagen admits the club are still looking to part ways with more players to help level their budget. "After recent captures the budget for the first-team squad is still exceeded, despite the sale of Teber," said Bruchhagen. "We have the intention to part with further players from the squad, we have some homework left. "We have further players that are not part of our future plans, unfortunately there is nothing imminent just yet."
