Switzerland concluded their preparations for Euro 2016 with a 2-1 friendly victory over Moldova on Friday.
The hosts went ahead after 12 minutes when Blerim Dzemaili headed home, although the ball did hit goalkeeper Stanislav Namasco before finding the net.
An experimental Switzerland side looked shaky at the back throughout the game and Moldova equalised through Radu Ginsari with 21 minutes to play.
But Ahmed Mehmedi bailed out the Swiss, who face Albania, France and Romania in Group A of Euro 2016, finishing from close range to end a run of three consecutive defeats.
Meanwhile, Group A opponents Romania looked strong in a 5-1 victory over Georgia. They went three goals in front thanks to Adrian Popa, an Aleksandre Amisulashvili own goal and Nicolae Stanciu before a Cosmin Moti own goal pulled one back for the visitors.
Gabriel Torje and Claudiu Keseru sealed the win with two goals in the final 10 minutes for Romania.
A meeting between two Euro 2016 participants saw Ukraine run out 3-1 winners over Albania.
Armando Sadiku cancelled out Taras Stepanenko's opener before Andriy Yarmolenko and Yevhen Konoplyanka wrapped up the victory for Ukraine, extending their unbeaten run to four matches.
