Former Croatia chief linked with Chinese switch
Miroslav Blazevic has resigned from his role as Bosnia coach.
The former Croatia coach has decided to step down after seeing his side miss out on the World Cup finals by losing to Portugal in the play-offs.
Blazevic did an impressive job for Bosnia, finishing second to Spain in Group five, but they will not be heading to South Africa next summer.
Bosnian Football Federation chief Sulejman Colakovic has confirmed Blazevic has tendered his resignation and that they will decide whether or not to accept it on Saturday.
"The Federation will give its opinion on Saturday after its executive committee meets," said Colakovic.
Reports have suggested the 74-year-old is set to take charge at Chinese team Shanghai Shenhua.
