Wayne Rooney not involved as England squad model their Euro 2016 suits

A large group of England players are pictured modelling the Euro 2016 official suit … but where is the skipper?
It has been a rough couple of days for England's all-time record scorer Wayne Rooney, who is facing six weeks on the sidelines with a knee injury, and was apparently persona non grata at the launch of the suit, which has been provided by M&S.
However, England fans hoping for some pointers towards the likely final composition of the squad for the tournament in France this summer will have noted with interest the presence of Manchester United defender Phil Jones and Newcastle midfielder Jonjo Shelvey in the pic.
And, as for Mr Rooney, we can reveal that there is no conspiracy at work.
The pics were taken during the team's meet-up in November and Rooney was speaking to the media about the terror attacks in France at the time.
M&S are celebrating nine years as Official Tailor to the England Football Team and the sharp-looking suits are cut from 100% British cloth from the Alfred Brown Mill in Yorkshire.
Stuart Turner, The FA's Commercial Director, said: "We are delighted to continue our partnership with M&S into a ninth successive year and ahead of another major tournament.
"The FA's relationship with M&S continues to go from strength to strength and we are really pleased with the England team's official suit for Euro 2016.
"Once again, the in-house design team at M&S has shown excellent attention to detail and the England squad will be heading to France in a suit of the highest quality."
