PFA Women's Player of the Year Isobel Christiansen has been recalled to the England squad after returning from injury.
Christiansen returns to the squad alongside Birmingham City's Jade Moore and Arsenal forward Jodie Taylor, who all missed the last round of fixtures due to injury, and coach Mark Sampson has admitted their involvement is a real boost to his side.
"It's great to welcome back Jade, Izzy and Jodie who have been fantastic for England every time they have been called up and they will have a big, positive impact on the group," he said.
"We have selected a squad that I believe can get us the six points we want against Serbia.
"Serbia will be coming here full of confidence after getting a hard-earned draw in Belgium, so we will need to produce a good performance to get the win."
Sampson has made five changes in total to the squad as England look to maintain their unbeaten record in qualifying with Rachel Daly and Nikita Parris earning recalls.
Houston Dash's Daly's last involvement with the squad was in 2014 and Sampson believes the forward has proven she is the type of England player he looks to fill his squad with.
"Rachel has been playing very well in the NWSL with Houston Dash and really fits the profile of a Lioness so I am delighted to welcome her into the group," he said.
"Our focus is to be a together group and work hard to improve in every area. Each opportunity that we get to spend time together only helps us to grow and develop as a team."
The Lionesses are second in group F behind leaders Belgium, a point behind with a game in hand, and are preparing for their double-header against Serbia, with the the home game at Wycombe Wanderers' Adams Park on Saturday June 4 and the away game at Stara Pazova on Tuesday June 7.
