Sas on a mission
TURKISH striker Hasan Sas is confident Turkey will overcome England in their Euro 2004 group.
Turkey and England are odds-on to fill the first two places in the group and the games between the two nations will be crucial.
Turkey have traditionally struggled against England on the international stage, but the Turks now feel they are equipped to win.
"We remember our past," said Sas.
"England have routed us before, and our dream now is to beat England.
"We think in the match we will have the chance to take revenge on them.
"England need to think seriously about us."
England meet Turkey at home in April next year and face a tough trip to Istanbul in the final group game in October 2003.
