Italian confirms he will retire from management after Euro 2012
Fabio Capello has confirmed that his role as England boss will be his last managerial position.
The Italian is due to step down as head coach of the Three Lions after Euro 2012.
And that appointment will be his last in football, with Capello citing that he will be too old to accept a new challenge.
"At the moment I think of nothing else but Euro 2012 with England," the 64-year-old explained.
"After that I will go into retirement.
"Unfortunately I am old, I no longer have the time: this will be my last experience on the bench."
Capello took over as England manager in 2008 and impressed as he oversaw a fine World Cup 2010 qualification campaign.
But a poor showing at the tournament in South Africa cast doubt over his position, yet the Football Association confirmed Capello would stay on until Euro 2012.
Capello has won numerous trophies during his managerial career, including four league titles at AC Milan and two La Liga crowns with Real Madrid.
