Wigan boss Roberto Martinez has questioned use of sleeping and energy pills

Wigan manager Roberto Martinez has voiced his doubts over the benefits of sleeping pills and energy tablets following England's recent use of both in Poland.

Martinez says he does feel sorry for England boss Roy Hodgson after heavy rain prompted the match to be called off until the following day. "You want players to have the right nutrition, preparation," he added. "It was a disappointment for an important game."
