Wales will not be running scared of any team at Euro 2016 and will be going all out to win the trophy, says Gareth Bale.

While England manager Roy Hodgson believes his players have every chance of impressing in France next summer, the Welsh are buoyant after a stunning qualifying campaign.

Chris Coleman's side are in Pot 4 for Saturday evening's draw and have the potential of going up against England.

Bale told The Sun: "We're not going there just to make up the numbers. We are going there to win the tournament.

"You have to go there with ambition. Obviously we'll need a bit of luck along the way but we'll be hoping to upset a few people."

It will be the country's first major tournament for 58 years and Coleman is in upbeat mood having seen his team overcome the world's No 1 ranked team Belgium in qualifying.

The manager added: "We know we're going to get drawn against top teams but on our day we'll be difficult to play against for anyone."
