Northern Ireland boss looks to the future with new line-up
Nigel Worthington is poised to hand Lee Camp his first start for Northern Ireland against Serbia in their Euro 2012 qualifier.
Camp, who plays for Nottingham Forest, will come in to replace the injured Maik Taylor as Worthington names a youthful looking side for the game at the Crvena Zvezda Stadium, where there will be no home supporters present.
Uefa have banned Serbia from having fans at this game following the ugly scenes against Italy last October. They have also been restricted from taking fans to any of their remaining away games of the qualifying campaign.
Forest goalkeeper Camp has previously been capped at England Under-21 level, but has failed to break through to the senior squad and has impressed Worthington this season.
Northern Ireland are currently fourth in their group, just a point behind third place Estonia, with a game in hand and remain unbeaten in Group C.
However, it was their 3-0 defeat in the Carling Nations Cup that has prompted him to focus on youth.
Wolves youngster, Johnny Gorman, 18, will be handed a start, Corry Evans, 20, will play in midfield and Craig Cathcart replaces Stephen Craigan in defence.
Senior figures such as Stephen Davis are out with a hamstring injury, while Grant McCann, David Healy and Niall McGinn will all be left on the bench.
Chris Brunt will start the game and is expected to play in behind lone striker Kyle Lafferty.
Half century
Chris Baird has been named captain to mark earning his 50th cap and will be partnered in the heart of midfield by Sammy Clingan.
With the injuries to Davis and Taylor, it was expected his remaining core of experienced players would start.
Worthington, however, seems to have no qualms putting his faith in youth and is convinced they will help to produce the type of performance he is looking for after the Scotland defeat.
He said: "I said after the Scotland match in Dublin, if people couldn't do it or didn't want to do it then I would put youngsters in.
"Kids will listen to you, they'll do what you ask them to do, they'll give discipline and I'll go with that.
"Nobody can say they have not had an opportunity with me over the last three and a half, nearly four years."
Serbia
Serbia coach Vladimir Petrovic has named a 27-man squad for the game to deal with the injuries to players and potential suspensions.
Petrovic has six players who will be walking a disciplinary tightrope as they are just one yellow card away from suspension.
There are maiden call ups for OFK Beograd goalkeeper Bojan Saranov and FK Vojvodina forward Brana Ilic.
Danko Lazovic will not be present after the Zenit St Petersburg forward announced his international retirement from international football last week.
Serbia will be without injured goalkeeper Bojan Jorgancevic, a back injury prevents defender Slobodan Rajkovic from playing.
Defenders Nemanja Vidic and Pavle Ninkov also miss the game while striker Nikola Zigic is doutful.
