Worthington welcomes back key duo

Kyle Lafferty and Chris Brunt are back in the Northern Ireland squad for September's Euro 2012 qualifiers against Serbia and Estonia. Both missed the 4-0 win over the Faroe Islands earlier this month through suspension and injury respectively. Goalkeeper Maik Taylor, who turns 40 next month, is recalled as back-up for No.1 Lee Camp in place of Inverness' Jonny Tuffey, despite not finding a new club since leaving Birmingham at the end of last season. Millwall striker Josh McQuoid is fit again and comes in for Linfield's Peter Thompson, while Burnley forward Martin Paterson again misses out through injury. Nigel Worthington's men host Serbia at Windsor Park on 2nd September before travelling to Tallinn to play Estonia four days later. They currently lie third in Group C, two points behind second placed Slovenia and a further four points adrift of runaway leaders Italy.
