Cardiff City chairman Mehmet Dalman has dismissed claims that owner Vincent Tan has put the Championship club up for sale for £50m.
There are reports circulating in the City that the Malaysian millionaire is prepared to sell if the right offer came along but Dalman has told us Tan remains fully committed to his four football club franchises, including Cardiff.
Cardiff have been progressing up the table since Neil Warnock took charge in October and the experienced manager has signed a new deal which will keep him at the club until the end of next season.
The Bluebirds have won 11 of their 23 games under Warnock and are 12th in the table following a 2-2 draw with Fulham at the weekend.
Warnock is upbeat about the future and said after signing his deal: "I've not been this excited about a job in many years.
"I can't thank Vincent Tan and the Cardiff City board enough for the support they've given me since day one - and indeed the speed with which we were able to conclude our talks.
"We're all singing from the same hymn sheet and, with a unified approach across the club, we're going to give things a real go next season."
