The weekend kicks off with Liverpool hosting Stoke City at Anfield, with the Potters needing something to guarantee they won't end the weekend facing the prospect of Championship football next season.
If they lose and Swansea City manage an unlikely win over Chelsea later in the day, Stoke would be relying on West Ham, Crystal Palace and Huddersfield failing to pick up another point this season.

Manchester City will enjoy another guard of honour at the London Stadium when they visit West Ham in Sunday's lunch-time kick-off.
Pep Guardiola's side need at least a draw to keep their dream of becoming the first top-flight side to breach the 100-point mark alive.
West Ham are six points above the drop with four games to play, but can all but secure survival with a win.

Arsene Wenger's final trip to Old Trafford - as Arsenal manager, at least - could play a big part in whether Jose Mourinho's side finish second in the Premier League.
Arsenal have worries of their own, with Burnley still in with a chance of leapfrogging them into sixth place, but they could end the weekend guaranteed of a top-six finish if results go their way.

Tottenham v Watford
Monday Night Football on Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Main Event, Monday 7pm
Tottenham have big aims of bouncing back from their FA Cup semi-final heartbreak against Manchester United last weekend, with another game at Wembley against Watford.
Fourth place is still not mathematically assured for Mauricio Pochettino's side, who could still leapfrog Liverpool into third.
Watford's 38-point haul should be enough to see them safe - but they are yet to win a game, or score a goal, on the road since Javi Gracia took over in January.
