GAME - Manchester United 2-1 Chelsea
It has to be Manchester United beating Chelsea to virtually win the Premier League. Sir Alex Ferguson is a genius. He carefully prepared his team by making changes in the week against Schalke. He wanted to make sure they didn't slip-up in the league and it worked. They really out played Chelsea. United hit them cold and it is really hard to come back from an early goal like that.

TEAM - Manchester United
Wolves got an incredible result in the Black Country derby, Stoke demolished Arsenal, Sunderland had a magnificient win at Bolton without any strikers and Everton came from behind to beat Manchester City. So there were plenty of contenders but you have to say Manchester United v Chelsea was the biggest game of the weekend and United came through it when a lot of people thought they wouldn't.

GOAL - Javier Hernandez
Thomas Hitzlsperger scored a good goal from the edge of the box and Jermain Defoe's strike against Blackpool was impressive but, in terms of importance, that goal by Hernandez has to take it. What a revelation he's been. Sir Alex has really found a gem there. It amazes me: we questioned that back header he scored when he first came over, but now we know the fella is a goal machine. By whatever means he needs to put that ball in the back of net he can do it and do things other players can't do. He can only go from strength to strength.

PLAYER - Steven Fletcher
Bolo Zenden played very well for Sunderland, Leon Osman was outstanding for Everton and grabbed a wonderful goal. Charlie Adam also played well, but of course he'll be remembered for that tackle on Gareth Bale from that game. Steven Fletcher's two goals for Wolves were crucial goals, though. They lifted Wolves out of the relegation zone and gave them hope of surviving the drop. Mick McCarthy said 'never stop believeing' and now it's in their hands and that's all they could hope for.

GAFFER - Sir Alex Ferguson
Even Sir Alex's biggest critics couldn't fail to enjoy the way he celebrated after their victory over Chelsea. He celebrated like it was the first trophy he ever won, but that's what keeps him going. When I see stony-faced managers on the touchline I think they should take a leaf out of Sir Alex's book. He's a legend and the best manager of my lifetime.

GRIPE - None!
I don't have any gripes really. I thought some of the refereeing performances were very good. Chris Foy did well at Newcastle and Howard Webb, despite being under a lot of pressure, had a great game at Old Trafford. We've got to the end of the season and they can say 'job well done' at a very crucial time.
