Struggling ace backed come good
Robinho has jumped to the defence of Brazil team-mate Kaka, insisting the Real Madrid man is crucial to their World Cup hopes.
Kaka has come under fire from some critics after a disappointing performance in the opening 2-1 win over North Korea.
Kaka endured a difficult season at Real Madrid and is still searching for full fitness after suffering a number of niggling injuries.
Robinho has backed Kaka to come good and claims the playmaker remains a key part of the Brazil set-up.
"When Kaka plays well he can decide any game. He is very important to us," Robinho told
globoesporte.com.
"I realise that we can all improve in the coming games. It was only the first one and what happened was fairly normal.
"The Selecao has excellent players and if we have to replace anyone we are reassured by the quality we have."
