Former Lazio striker signs four-year deal with Italian champions
Goran Pandev's agent Leonardo Corsi claims that his client has signed for Italian champions Inter Milan.
The striker won a legal battle with former club Lazio in December and was freed of his contract after the club refused to sell him for less than €19million in the summer, a move which effectively priced him out of the market.
The Macedonian international was frozen out of the first-team squad by Lazio president Claudio Lotito and branded a 'rebel'.
As a result the 26-year-old is yet to make an appearance this term but became popular with the Biancocelesti faithful having scored 48 league goals in 159 appearances during his five years at the Stadio Olimpico.
Pandev, who has already enjoyed one spell at Inter between 2002-2004, is thought to have signed a four-year deal with the Nerazzurri and could make his debut as early as Wednesday against Chievo when Serie A resumes after the winter break.
"Pandev has just signed," Corsi told tuttomercatoweb.it.
"Goran is clearly very happy. The contract will be sent to the league in the coming hours."
