Napoli's nine succumb in China after epic game
Juventus have won the Italian Super Cup with a dramatic 4-2 victory over nine-man Napoli after extra-time in Beijing.
Napoli twice took the lead through Edinson Cavani and then Goran Pandev but each time the Bianconeri were able to hit back through Kwadwo Asamoah's volley and an Arturo Vidal penalty.
With the game heading for extra-time in the Bird's Nest, Pandev was sent off for dissent before team-mate Juan Zuniga was also red carded for a mistimed challenge in stoppage time.
That left Walter Mazzarri's men facing the daunting prospect of 30 minutes against the Serie A champions with a two-man deficit.
And things got more difficult when Christian Maggio put through his own net from Andrea Pirlo's free-kick to give Juve the lead for the first time.
Mirko Vucinic then tapped into an empty net to put some gloss on a hard-fought win and secure the trophy for Juventus.
