Struggling VVV Venlo are on the hunt for a new coach after Glen De Boeck announced his resignation as manager.
De Boeck only arrived at the Eredivisie club in the summer but has stepped down from the post after a run of poor results.
The 40-year-old emphasised that he has no conflict with the club management and his decision to resign lies totally with him.
He told the club's
official website: "I couldn't bring what I wanted. It's a decision that was completely up to me."
Venlo are currently rock-bottom of the standings and seven points adrift of safety after suffering a 7-0 thrashing at the hands of Heracles Almelo at the weekend.
