Ed Chamberlin prepares to present Survival Sunday by picking the best bets and the likely results.
Ed looks at the form ahead of the decisive weekend
Sunday is all about survival.
'Survival Sunday' promises to be one of the most dramatic in Premier League history with Wigan, Blackpool, Birmingham, Wolves and Blackburn knowing every goal will be vital as two of those five will be relegated on Sunday.
There's every chance that it will be decided by goal difference.
Sky Bet's relegation betting: 1/3 Blackpool, 4/6 Wigan, 4/5 Birmingham, 7/1 Wolves, 11/1 Blackburn
I've got the biggest day of my presenting career to look forward to as I'm lucky enough to be presenting the show on Sunday.
I will be pinching myself just before we go on air because it will be two years to the day on Saturday that I had the operation to remove what was left of the tumour in my stomach after chemotherapy, which resulted in a week in intensive care.
It's been quite a journey and I will feel incredibly lucky to be sat in the chair at Old Trafford.
We start at 3pm on
Sky Sports HD1 and from 4pm you'll be able to watch three matches - Manchester United v Blackpool on HD1, Tottenham v Birmingham on HD2 and Stoke v Wigan behind the red button. Plus on 'match choice' you can watch all three games at the same time.
Jamie Redknapp and Graeme Souness will be my guests for what promises to be a thrilling roller-coaster ride of an afternoon that could easily come down to goal difference.
Bet on the Premier League
4/7 Manchester United v 9/2 Blackpool (13/5 draw)
3pm, Sun, Sky Sports HD1
It was a great thrill to present the game at Ewood Park on Saturday that saw Manchester United put in a typically gritty performance to get the point they needed to secure a 19th title.
Man Utd can reach a maximum of 80 points this season - only three times in Premier League history have the champions won fewer points in a campaign - 79 in 1998-99, 78 in 1997-98 and 75 in 1996-97.
The lowest number of points won to win a Premier League title was also Man Utd in 1996-97 with 75 points, while 80 points is the fewest needed to win the title since 2000-01 when United won with that total and had Arsenal second on 70.
Amazingly, 82 points would not have been enough to finish in the top two in the previous six seasons.
It's extraordinary to think that they've won the League with only five away wins, becoming the first team to win the top division title with fewer than eight away wins in a season since Liverpool in 1976-77 (five away wins).
It's United's fewest away wins in any League season since their five away victories in the old Division One in 1990-91 and the Premier League winners have had at least eight away games in every season since the new format.
All this has all led people to criticise United as one of the lesser winners of the League and one of the worst United sides of all time. I disagree completely because they are probably the best defensive Man Utd unit I have ever seen, competing in the most competitive Premier League that there has ever been.
As Gary Neville said on Saturday's show there is so much depth to the league that draws at the teams in the bottom half are decent results.
The problem Blackpool have on Sunday is that the champions have been unstoppable at home. Manchester United have won 52 points from a possible 54, scoring 45 goals and conceding only 10.
Blackpool's last win at Old Trafford came 49 years ago - 1-0 in the top flight in January 1962 - at a time when Sir Alex Ferguson was scoring goals for St Johnstone in the Scottish First Division. After a superb season, it's going to be very tough for Blackpool to stay up.
6/4 Stoke v 11/8 Wigan (5/2 draw)
4pm, Sun, red button and online
We've been on a great roll with the 'bet of the week' with 14 winners from the last 20 selections - all at odds against.
We got a bit lucky with Wigan last week as they came from two down. The last few minutes were so end-to-end it was like a cross between a basketball game and Rocky v Apollo Creed. Either side could easily have won.
It ended in despair for West Ham and I have a feeling Wigan will carry the high and elation to the Britannia on Sunday. Stoke had their high at Wembley at the weekend and it will be hard to pick themselves up as we saw on Tuesday night in the repeat of the FA Cup Final.
Stoke will have key players missing and are up against a Wigan side fighting for its life. Sky Bet's 11/8 looks a good price about the visitors.
8/15 Tottenham v 5/1 Birmingham (13/5 draw)
4pm, Sun, Sky Sports HD2
Now that Harry Redknapp has his sights set on qualifying for the Europa League through the normal route rather than the Fair Play League, Birmingham have got a big problem.
Spurs looked back on form at Anfield last weekend and have been tough to beat all season.
They have drawn too many games but have only been beaten once at White Hart Lane all season and have won five of the six Premier League meetings with Birmingham at home.
Birmingham have only won twice away and picked up just 13 points on the road.
