St Johnstone boss Derek McInnes is able to welcome back Kevin Moon after a recent hamstring injury.
But Filipe Morais and Peter MacDonald are both ruled out for the home side through injury.
Stuart McCaffrey (groin) and Martin Hardie (knee) remain sidelined, and the game has come too soon for captain Kevin Rutkiewicz as he continues his recovery from a knee problem.
Hibernian midfielder Kevin McBride is out of the trip to McDiarmid Park after he picked up a hamstring injury in Sunday's 3-0 defeat at Rangers.
Hibs boss John Hughes has no other injury concerns for the game.
