Premier League stars included

Honduras have named their squad for the World Cup finals, including three Premier League stars. As expected Tottenham's Wilson Palacios was included along with Wigan duo Maynor Figueroa and Hendry Thomas. One blow for Honduras has been the news that former Birmingham striker Carlos Costly has been ruled out of the finals after breaking his foot. His place in the squad has been taken by Georgie Welcome, who is preferred to Jerry Bengston - who is top scorer in the Honduran League. Honduras will meet up in Germany this Friday for a training camp, before they move onto Austria where they will play friendlies against Belarus, South Korea and Azerbaijan.
