Plymouth midfielder Lee Cox is to spend the rest of the season on loan at Stevenage, Argyle have confirmed.

Cox played six games for Teddy Sheringham's side before the turn of the year and has been allowed to return to the Lamex Stadium after the Pilgrims' 3-2 victory over their Sky Bet League 2 rivals on Saturday, a game in which he was not involved.

A statement on the club's official website said: "Lee Cox is re-joining Stevenage. The 25-year-old Argyle midfielder is returning to the Lamex Stadium on loan following Saturday's game between the Pilgrims and Stevenage.
