England's Martin Atkinson remains referee for Portugal v Hungary

Martin Atkinson will remain the referee for Hungary v Portugal on Wednesday night despite the Group F match having a say in who England play next at Euro 2016.
The team which finishes in second place in Group F will play England in the last 16 next Monday.
As it stands, all four teams in the group - Portugal, Hungary, Iceland and Austria - could finish runners-up.
Atkinson and his England colleagues had always been due to officiate the game in Lyon.
And despite the Portugal v Hungary match having a huge bearing on deciding England's next opponents, UEFA is sticking by the English line-up, which includes Atkinson, Craig Pawson, Michael Oliver, Michael Malarkey and Stephen Child.
Atkinson took charge of Germany's 2-0 victory over Ukraine in the first round of matches.
