France manager wants a better final play from players

Laurent Blanc hailed the influence of France's midfield as they played a pivotal role in the 3-0 win over Albania. Goals from Florent Malouda, Loic Remy and Anthony Reveillere gave them the platform for the win and means they now need just one more point for a win. They will face Bosnia-Herzegovina on Tuesday, who are just one point behind them in the group, and although they won the game Blanc was not totally happy with their display.

Lacking

"We used the ball well even if the final ball was sometimes lacking," Blanc told the French Football Federation's official website. "The midfielders were very good, (Samir) Nasri, (Yann) M'Vila and (Yohan) Cabaye. These three players controlled the game well and when they had the ball, the team and staff were relaxed." However, their victory did come at a cost as injuries to key personnel mean Blanc now has some selections posers.
Preparation
"I am satisfied it was good preparation (for Tuesday) but we have had problems in terms of injuries," he added. "Patrice Evra and Adil Rami felt pain at the back of their thighs, Yohan Cabaye tried to start in the second half but his ankle was no good. "So things happened which forced us to change the strategy for the second half. We will have to see how the injuries develop and how they react."
