Turkish businessman Ziya Eren has completed his takeover of League Two side Crawley.
Eren, owner of a steel manufacturing firm, is also president of Turkish second division side Kayseri Erciyesspor, and he has now received Football League approval of his buy-out on Tuesday.
The takeover sees chairman Dave Pottinger, Michael Dunford, Ian Carter and Matt Turner all resign from the board with immediate effect, following a final meeting of directors.
Following confirmation of the deal, Eren revealed what he hopes to achieve with the club in the coming seasons.
"With the knowledge and experience I have accrued, allied to the hard work and professionalism of the existing staff, I'm sure we can succeed," Eren told the official Crawley Town website.
"We would love to take Crawley into the Championship within the next eight to ten years. It will take a lot of dedication and a real togetherness between the club, the players and the fans but it is possible and we have to be ambitious."
Negotiations between Crawley and Eren have been ongoing since October, and he takes over a club currently sitting 16th in League two - 11 points off of the play-off places.
