Spurs, who could still boast profits of £2 million, have decided to reward fans who watch matches in person, despite the increasing focus on The Premiership through live television coverage.
"The televising of so many football matches offers a tempting alternative to attending a live match for football supporters," said chairman Sir Alan Sugar.
"Attendances at some other clubs are already showing a sign of decline," he added. "And we would prefer to have White Hart Lane bursting at the seams for every match."
Spurs, who also announced that Sky Sports will maintain their website next season, have been forced to delay a move to Reading keeper Shaun Allaway.
The England Youth international has a wrist injury and David Pleat has confirmed that this has postponed his proposed switch to North London.
Pleat also admitted an interest in Leyton Orient defender Simon Downer, but Spurs have yet to make an enquiry for the teenager.
