LAZIO CHASE KILY GONZALEZ
KILY GONZALEZ may be set to make a sensational move to Serie A giants Lazio - with the skilful left winger reportedly ready to leave Spanish club Valencia in the Summer.
25-year-old Cristian Alberto González Peret - nicknamed Kily - has played 26 times for Valencia in La Liga scoring twice - but has saved his best performances in the Champions League where he has been one of the undoubted stars of the tournament.
Lazio have already secured the services of Valencia team-mate Claudi Lopez for next season - but are now keen to re-unite the pair in their chase for the Scudetto next season.
Gonzalez is an Argentinian international, but holds a Spanish passport which allows him to circumvent the ruling on non-EC players, something the Roman club are sure to check thoroughly following recent problems with fellow-South America Juan Veron.
