HARTSON: `EGIL SHOULD GO`

JOHN HARTSON has sensationally joined Wimbledon youngster Carl Cort in slamming manager Egil Olsen, saying: "Whether we stay up or not, we need a change of manager."

Just days after Cort attacked the Norwegian coach`s tactics - John Hartson, who was sent off in the Premiership clash against Bradford City, was scathing in his criticisms of Olsen - nicknamed `Drillo` in his native Scandinavia.

"It`s been publicised that we don`t get on with the manager - the way he works, his attitude or his approach. Three or four of the boys have had a dig and they are right - this place needs a change but I don`t make the decisions and that is just my opinion."

Hartson was still angry about the decision that led to him dismissed (pictured) from the pitch for foul and abusive language to linesman John Sheffield, adding: "I swore at him but I was 100% right. I couldn`t control myself. That could cost us our Premier League status. It`s a massive blow for the club."
