BLUES LIST TOP STRIKING TRIO
The three top strikers have been told by Francis that they can look elsewhere for a fresh challenge, with Simon Charlton and Darren Wassall available on a free, and Jon Bass and Simon Marsh being made available.
"It`s a gamble, I know it is, but I believe it is the right time to do it," said Francis. "I feel that Furlong has been here for four years, Ndlovu for three, and Adebola for two-and-a-half, and we need and change and they probably need a change as well.
"My main reason for putting Furlong on the list is that he has missed large parts of the last three seasons. I have also been disappointed that he has not moved to this area from London. He spends too much time in his car on the M1.
"Adebola and Ndlovu are players of undoubted ability," Francis added. "Both have great individual skills and can be matchwinners, buy I don`t think either have shown enough consistency throughout the last 12 months."
